| RESERVING THE FELLOWSHIP ROOM |

If you plan to use the fellowship room for an activity, or any other room in the building, your name MUST be on the calendar in the church office.
PLEASE be sure to check with the church secretary before using the fellowship room or any other room for any planned activity.
When using the fellowship room, please remember to turn off the air/heat and take out the garbage after each use of the room. It is also your responsibility to vacuum the carpet and mop the floor in the kitchen if needed.
Please help us to keep our facilities clean.
